🥗 Bahola Kidney Healthy Diet Chart (Vegetarian)

🌞 Early Morning (6:00–6:30 AM)

  • 1 glass of warm coriander seed water
    – Boil 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds in 1 cup of water, strain, sip slowly.
  • Optional: 2 soaked almonds or walnuts (if potassium levels are normal)

💡 This herbal water acts as a gentle diuretic and detoxifier. Avoid tea/coffee this early if you’re taking homeopathic medicines.

⚖️ General Guidelines for Kidney & Homeopathy Support

Hydration is essential – but don’t overdo it if on a fluid-restricted plan. Stick to 1.5–2L/day unless advised otherwise.
Avoid suppressing symptoms with heavy spices, caffeine, processed foods, or painkillers.
✅ Keep meal timings regular to support the body’s natural detox cycle.
Space homeopathic medicines at least 30 minutes before or after food or drinks (except water).
✅ Include coriander, ginger, garlic, cumin, turmeric, methi seeds, ajwain — kidney-supportive and homeopathy-friendly.

🏥 When to Adjust the Diet

If you’re dealing with:

  • High potassium – avoid bananas, tomatoes, oranges, spinach, potatoes
  • High phosphorus – limit dairy, soy, nuts, cola drinks, packaged bakery items
  • Proteinuria – consult your homeopath and dietician before increasing or decreasing protein
