Orders & Shipping
We try and ship the next day. Orders received before 11am are generally dispatched the next day. Orders after 11am are dispatched on the second day. It would take approximately 3-4 days for deliveries in South India, and about 5-7 days for North India.

Our products are manufactured at two different factories. In most cases, if you have ordered a mix of Dilutions/ Mother tinctures and Bio chemics, we will ship together. However, if the quantities ordered are more in number, you might receive Specialty and Bio Chemics as a separate courier
Once the order has been processed and a courier AWB is generated, we will update the AWb in your account portal. As soon as we do this, you will receive an email with the the courier used and the AWB for you to track your order
The mail that informs you that your order has been shipped will have a tracking link. This link will have all the details of your shipment. If you click this link, it will take you to the couriers tracking page or to the Bahola tracking page, An estimated date of delivery will be shown.
Log into you your Bahola account and in that account page, you will see the addresses you have used. You can edit it there and save the changes.
Please email us. If we have the product on our list, we will update the website and inform you. You can then make the purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Only if your order has not yet been dispatched.
We however cannot cancel the order once the courier has picked up the courier.
Cancellations are not possible for orders of Dilutions and Mother tinctures.
We accept returns only if the product has been damaged or we have by error sent you the wrong product. For more details, please visit our returns and Refund Policy page
