Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS

Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our support at 044 -2446 5501 (10:30 a.m to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days except national holidaysmentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realised that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the package (or 14 days of purchase)

We reassure you peace of mind by allowing you to return your product within 14 days of purchase. In such case, we will either refund you in full or replace it as the case may be. You will have to do the following

As soon as you find the product defective or damaged please get in touch with our customer care at customercare@baholalabs.in or  whatsapp us at 097910 35385 (10:30 a.m to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday) on all working days except national holidays) and notify us of the nature of your complaint. You may have to send us a image/snap of the damaged product if necessary for us to raise a claim at our end with shipping agency.

After you contact us for a return, you will receive a response explaining the process. You will have to ensure that the product is returned with the original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. Please ensure that product is strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit

– Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will bear the courier costs.

– Please bear in mind that we will compensate/reimburse you after receipt of return item within 7 working days through following option

  • Send your replacements (wherever applicable) subject to availability of the particular product.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.Refund of return shipping charges (Charges paid by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower

– If the customer is returning the product for any reasons other than damaged or defective product, he/she will bear the cost of couriering the product back to us in original condition

Cancellation – We understand that YOU may have accidentally ordered the wrong item. No Worries!!

You may cancel your order within 6 Hours (if your order is placed between 12 a.m – 12 p.m) or within 1 hour (if order is placed beween 12 p.m – 6 p.m). We will cancel your order and refund you the full money (if payment is made by electronic transfer). In case you make the cancellation request after the stipulated time (in which case the courier might have picked your item for delivery) we will be constrained to refund you minus the shipping charges(both to and fro).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
